Your "Identifiant" is your licence number on your licence card, under "Pratiquant" (top right); your "Mot de passe" is on your licence card (bottom right) after the words "Code SIF"

On your Page cavalier, on the right under 

MES DIPLÔMES FFE

you will find a grid with your Galop results like this:

If you wanted to print your Galop 7 Attelage you would hover over and then tap on 12 (the year you passed it) on that line.

As you do this, this box appears: 

Then click on:   Imprimer mon diplôme

Then follow instructions. You probably will be given a choice of backgrounds
