Since 2018 the Medical Certificate (CM) is valid for 3 years...
BUT, each year you will need to:
- fill in a medical questionnaire
- parents will need to fill it in for their minors and give permission for them to compete
Fortunately you can now do this on line, on www.FFE.com
Select FFE Club SIF, then fill in you identifiant or your child's identifiant and secret code.
The "identifiant" is the licence No. The secret code appears on the licence as code SIF
On the table below, select MA LICENCE COMPETITION, then click on Valider ma licence de compétition 2018
